Buying A Vehicle from MonaShe Trading Ltd.
Step 1 - Vehicle Selection
Click "Buy this vehicle" on the right hand side Actions Panel
*** We sell what is currently available on our stock lists and on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE basis ***
Step 2 - Filling out the Order Form
Complete the order form and press the "Submit" button.
Required Information Includes:
- First/Last Name
- Address, City, Province, Country
- Either PHONE/FAX/EMAIL must be given
Step 3 - Proforma Invoice
Proforma Invoice will be sent via Fax or Email depending on your selection while placing your order.
We will send you a Proforma Invoice including freight price to final destination. Please allow 1-2 business days for your Proforma Invoice.
Step 4 - Payment Confirmation
Fax a copy of the bank receipt along with the invoice -
we will confirm and advise you accordingly. For our banking details click here.
*** Advise the STOCK NUMBER and INVOICE NUMBER in the message section of the remittance ***
Step 4 - Confirmation of Shipping
After receiving confirmation of payment, we will book your vehicle for shipping to the port of your choice; we will email you shipping details.
Step 5 - Vehicle Shipment
As soon as your vehicle is shipped we will send you official shipping documentation via our International Carrier Service:
- B/L - Bill of Lading
- Final Invoice
- Export Certificate
Please contact the Shipping Agent and/or Clearance Agent on the shipping documents to arrange collection of your vehicle. Any clearance charges and/or customs duties must be paid on arrival of the vehicle to the relevant authorities. We are unable to do this from Japan.
